Ripoff is being too kind these are the MOST dispicable people I have ever encountered ripoff business from hell

As all of those before me - I have experienced the same problems with these scum bags. They bought my mortgage 2 years ago and for the first 3 or 4 months it was fine - then I stopped getting statements.

I too was told to mail my payments weeks ahead of time.instead I sent the payments registered mail with proof of delivery. That cured that problem but at added expense to me.

The first year I didn't receive my interest statement for my taxes until March. I reported it to the IRS but to no avail - after all this corrupt entity is operated by a number of politicians that resurrected it from the ashes of the savings and loan scandal some years ago.

Now that I got fed up and am refinancing, they are trying to RIP ME OFF for $1000.00 for 6 months of insurance - when I have had my own policy for the past 7 years.in addition to that there are hundreds of dollars in "scam" fees to get the pay-off - - F/C Fee, B/K Fee, etc. When I called and asked what these fees are - I could not get an answer. The only response I got was that they are a "Fee based company" and that any service provided - has a cost associated with it.

And here I thought there was a law against charging a fee for paying off a mortgage early. Where are all of the law enforcement people when they are needed???

I was amazed when I found this site. How can such scum be allowed to continue to exist.

These scum bags remind me of bin Laden - they like to screw the American public - very very very much.
