Us lied to get money ripoff

I use Harley Davidson Visa like a debit card, once a month it is deducted from my other bank.

As a school fund raiser, they sell prepaid gift cards for stores & they get a % of what you spend. So, I checked out the FREE courtesy checks I could get for my visa card.

I contacted them & ask about hidden charges, fees & so on. I have been burned before, so I ask in all different ways about charges. I even told her I couldn't believe it was free.

You guessed it! 1st charge was $24 for using the check. Next is I am paying a daily interest fee. The 1st was added on 12/11 for $14. Xx the charge was made 11/14 for $800. On 11/24 they only took out $398.01 for the monthly payment. Not the full amount.

I called this morning & was told that unless I have something in writing about the FREE checks I am SOL. I do want to add that after the 1st call they refunded the $24 fee. But they did not tell me about the other interest.

I had the cash in my other bank the whole time. I just wanted to make some sort of gift to the school. Just goes to show, nice guys finish last.
