Refuses to Vadlidate Aledge Debt

I have been dealing with this unethical collection agencey for 5 months now.

After there first letter i sent them a Debt Validation form to them, and they sent me back an affidavit for identity fraud. I am not claiming fraud i am asking them to validate the debt is indeed mine.

So i sent them back a DV and a few months later they send me a letter back stating i did not provide the info they needed and closed my dispute, and that my so called account would be sent back to the collection floor.

Not only is this JDB ruining my credit, they refuse to obey the law and validate this debt. They make not attempt to vailidate. They are reporting on my credit report as a loan, and are reporting 30 days late 90 days late 130 days late, and also report it as a month installment loan. I need help and would like to sue them. Any lawyers interested in helping me please email me asap, any moneys from the suit will go to you.
