Forgery Ripoff

I am writing this today because I was ripped off from this company. I made all my payments, even made arrangments to get the loan payed off earlier than arrangements that were made. This company waited until the recieved their final payment then called me and told me that they never recieved their money, called me a liar and refused to investigate the matter.

I spoke with their collection department "Walter" he told me to prove i payed them the last payment so i said fine and i had my bank fax a copy of my last and final payment to walter. The day he recieved the proof that i had indeed made the final payment he forged a check to my bank account for another $100 (making it a 100 overpayment in their favor from my account).

When i emailed the company about their fraud i was told "If the $100.00 is returned, the account will be sold to a 3rd party collector, per the contract.
There will be no refund made on this account and we will answer any formal complaint in this same manner. Not only did the company forge a check to my account but they refused to even look into the matter or investigate it in any way.
