Ripoff Website misrepresents how deposits can be made

I started a debit account less than a year ago for my business, so I could mail checks for deposit made out in my business name. When I talked to them on the phone they gave me the address to mail the checks and said that was fine. I have mailed in deposits.

Three weeks ago I mailed a check and they tell me they don't take mail in deposits and haven't in a long time. So I had to mail (can't fax it) a change of address so they can mail it back. A week later I called them and Olga said she will mail it today.

I spoke to a manager and asked her if this bank was in someone's garage because that is the level of professionalisn I have consistantly received. I have had nothing but bad service from this bank.
