Ripoff promised a loan and never followed through took my money

This company promises to get loans for people with bad credit. The representatives from this company come across as being very legitimate, offering you various alternatives to securing and recieving your loan. BE WARE!!!

I opted to secure the loan with an "insurance policy" instead of a co-signer or collateral. Delcrest faxed me all the paperwork for this loan along with instructions as to what I was to do next. I sent the $625 to secure a loan that was "pre-approved" and within 72 hours or less I was informed (after I kept calling them) that the lender had backed out.

Delcrest refused to give me any phone numbers to the lender, the insurance company or any way of contacting a supervisor to get any additional information. I was told that my money would be refunded to me and I have yet to see a dime.
