Dishonest Deceptive Practices Lied by offering to give me a credit so that I would not walk away from the table!

Michael Brian Odiakosa, and Lena Jones did not want me to walk away from their mortgage load deal. The loans included pre payment penalties which I do not like. I refused to close. Michael agreed to lower ONE CALLS fees by. 5% ($954.00). He had already promised this along with another $296.00 concession the night before over the phone. At the closing he tried to change his mind. But when he realized that I discovered the hidden terms of both mortgages and decided not to close he made the concession. Just to make it sound authentic, he called his partnet Lena Jones on the phone and had her to say she would agree to the concession and therefore pay me the difference since they were too lazy to go through the trouble of having the lender to send new instructions. Or they were afraid that I would not come back to the table.

Therefore, they both agreed to my credit. I signed the deal. A few hours later the two of them were blaming each other, while counting their proceeds, saying that we can't pay because this and that. Basically THEY LIED THEIR AFRICANA BUTTS OFF! She's not African she's black. They are perpetrators of black on black crime. Don't use these people. Their word isn't worth one sheet of single-ply toilet paper. So now I have been defrauded out of my choice to find a better load because Michael and Lena lied just to make me THINK that they were going to make a bad deal better! If you ask them they'll tell you anything but what they did was wrong. They'll point to each other or to one of the lenders. Don't do business with one call mortgage they will say and do anything to deceive unsuspecting buyers out of a few bucks! May god to the same to them and more!!!
