Ripoff on what was to be a creditcard. Ripoff of money from bank account

When called by a man from freedomfinancial about getting a credit card to repair credit. I was talked into a 250 dollar withdraw from savings. When i recieved the book, card and info i was unhappy with what i recieved.
I called the company for my money back and they said no.instead they sent vouchers toward purchases instead of my money.
