Ripoff, liars

This company took advantage of me, at the hardest time of the year CHRISTMAS! The man I spoke with on the telephone told me this was a way I could help my credit, he said you never know what can happen you live in Wisconsin and in the cold and wintery months you might need to buy new tires. They dont even have tires in their catalog. All of this stuff is cheap junk. I even called and tried to get my money back, and told them they misled me. They let me listen to the recording of me and that man the day I accepted their offer, in what I thought was back ground advertisment garbage is where they tell you what they really are. They told me I would have to write a letter to their board or somthing like that. I decided to take my loses and order some of their crap, but when I ordered they told me I had to send them 65% first. What kind of credit card is this?
