(mortgage co.) they should be shut down, at least held accountable for fraudulent billing, trying to foreclose due to thier error

I cannot believe this mortgage company is still allowed to do business! They have tried to foreclose on my property twice due to their errors. They have fraudulently billed my account for legal, collection, back taxsearch fees, trustee fees, property inspections, valuation fees, insurance policy fees, the list goes on and on! You cannot get an answer from anyone there nor do they care.

I am planning on getting an attorney or open "another" class action suit to hold them accountable for ruining the lives of many homeowners. Why hasn't anyone done anything about this. Someone should be held accountable for this company and its policies. Please help if you can
