Ripoff, dishonest, fraudelent billing

Back in september in regards to a large tax that i owed irs. I paid them three thousand dollarins in monthly installments and in March I received a letter from them to sent to the Irs this letter was what i told them reworded.

I spoke with them afterwards to say i paid all that money for a letter and they said it was for all the research. I have spoken to one of my contacts there and she said that it would take six months to get my paperwork so I could send to the IRS, another said we don't finish until the three thousand is paid off, and another said oh no you will pay up to three thousand dollars, depending on on how long it takes to give them power of attorney so they will communicate with them. I have more penalties and interest from the Irs which I am paying.

A manager from their company finally called me after I spoke with the BBB and he said I have no claim and that i was trying to get something for free, free i just wanted what was fair, and i do not believe that this company was unfair to me. I had to go to the local IRS office to make arrangements for payments only to find out that they str never contacted them about trying to settle the tax issue.
