Allied Interstate Help! Collections letter recieved in the mail, said if i must respond, said they have a judgement, Ripoff

I recieved a letter in the mail today, from allied interstate, saying that I have an outstanding debt that has been placed in their office for collection.

They say this is the beginning of the collection process... They gave me an online login and PW to pay it to an online paymment company.

They say if i dont respond they assume the debt is valid. I think they jsut want more contact info ya? Like a phone #...

And if i notify the office in writing within 30 days saying i dispute it, they will send me a copy of everything owed, and/or a judgment against me for verification...

Few questions, please help... This is from BMG music... The crap they just kept sending me after i had moved... They dont have my SSN, so they cant touch my credt... Correct? All the have is my mailing address, and my name. Where can they really go from there? Any help is great! Thanks.
