Rude selection notice from RMCB!

My father is 83 yrs old and that I am trying to assist him together with his expenses and email. Lately he got a notice from RMCB, Inc., an assortment company trying to gather a cost of $301 for Handyman Team of America Lifetime membership. My father didn't approve an eternity account within this membership. The notice claims he's been "enrolled" since November 4. My father doesn't have storage of actually getting something from Handyman Club of America.

My father has difficulty reading about the phone and so I named the phone number for RMCB, Inc. And got a saving. I joined his flag variety and picked the prompt "DidN't approve these costs." I'd have valued having the ability to talk to a person support consultant to obtain some guarantee the issue was looked after. The notice from RMCB was rude and daunting and completely improper in times where practically nothing was requested and nothing obtained out of this phony "Handyman Membership of America." I'm confirming this towards the Better Business Office.
