Ripoff Repeated Harrasment and Degredating Phone Calls

Due to finacial issues (Task Damage) I had been not able to spend my Captial One-Card also it turned delenquent. Coalition One received the consideration and mentioned contacting me repeatedly on my mobile phone. Normally I receive 6 to 10 telephone calls each day. They usually contact twice in AROW and often hold up the very first time I get, occasionally about the next phone they hold up aswell. After I did reach keep in touch with somebody they stated they couldn't quit the hang-UPS because it was an issue with thier program.
When asked to pay for entirely I did so play the role of municipal and clarify that I really could not create a cost till I'd enough cash.
