Co-Signer Called After One Day Late, Duplicate $225 Payment

We were one day late on our account, and the Concord office called our co-signer and said, "They aren't paying, they aren't calling us back. Either you pay this payment or we're taking you to court." They call and harass you over and over again, even if you have a promise to pay. They don't care.
They have twice now put through a payment that they weren't authorized to. This time they put through a payment for $225 when they had just taken one out for $225 last week. My account is now overdrawn, and my answer is "we're working on it." Never do business with them. They are easy to get loans through for a reason. They are horrible people!
