Ripoff

Yes yes they are a ripoff. My original mortgage co sold to citifinancial and just found out $50.00 of the $1282.00 was going towards my loan. May be my fault not paying attention i just assumed they were like my old co. WRONG im refinancing with a new co and citi continues to harrass me. Saying you cant be refinancing with your credit well my credit was fine until them. Bill due on 19th start calling week before. Very nasty no repore with people. Said if we pay good for yr can lower % didnt happen they said when time came they couldnt do it. Degraded me on the phone to the point i was going to seriously commit suicide. Oh those thoughts... People have bad credit because of one mistake that follows you for yrs. No forgiveness no understanding if our % wasnt over 9% the bank would make money and wed get our credit back. Cant believe people arent burning their houses down... Dont do that... The % rate they had us in was 13.9 what the heck??? I hope i win the lottery big and start my own co for people like me and my husband hard working honest hit a ruff spot, decent people... Good luck to anyone still in their grasps contact every bank every mortgage co tell them your story... Believe it or not a home town bank with people you know will help suck up your pride and breath easy... If someone can help us with the crud weve been dealt anyone can get out... Do it!!!
