Ripoff Huge Canadian Advanced Loan Scheme

My husband and I have 5 children and we struggle financially. We were hoping to find a loan to help us, however, we have slightly damaged credit and so we went looking on the internet and came across www.my-loanrequest.com. We filled out the form and a few days later a Mr. Andy Campbell called us to say that we had been approved. The only thing was that since our credit was damaged, we would have to pay 3 months in advance of payments which was $748.00. My husband, the skeptic, did all of the dealing with him and Andy Campbell had him convinced that we would recieve a $15,000 loan. He faxed us legitimate looking loan documents and had my husband fax him over all of his information.

Andy Campbell then told my husband to Western Union the payment. Now mind you, when my husband called the guy on our cell phone to fill out the Western Union form, I saw my husband write down Canada as the place to send this. At that moment my heart dropped because I have heard never to wire money out of the country, but my stubborn husband said its worth the risk to him to get the money (This is why men should listen to their wives intuition!) Anyways, it cost us close to $800.00. The next day when the money was not placed in our account as we were told, we both freaked out. I already knew kind of but my husband was convinced by this theif. Well, needless to say, we called Mr. Andy Campbell and he wanted more money.

I couldn't believe he was trying to scam me out of more money! My husband told him we wanted our money back but of course we have seen nothing. So I reported and the Denver Police Department called and told me the address on the loan papers doesn't even exist. This is a huge operation operating out of Canada and you need to be very careful. If something sounds to good to be true, it usually is. Don't fall for the advanced fee loan scam!!!
