Ripoff, fraudeulent billing, not honoring cancellation request

This company is a rip-off! I tried to cancel my trial order within 24 hours. They refused my cancellation. I was told that they couldn't process cancellations. It was against their policy.

I spoke with someone who was supposed to be a manager in the customer service department. He told me that my order was already processed. But he didn't give me a UPS tracking code. He also told me I couldn't refuse delivery because UPS leaves your package without a signature. I found out with UPS you can refuse delivery.

I was also told I couldn't be credited my 9.95 for the trial fee. Even though I wasn't going to try it and was cancelling it.
Do not fall for this scam!!!
