Long Beach Judicial Foreclosures on Bait and Switch scam Ripoff

We too have been fighting since 1999. Ameriquest baited us and then switched out to giving us 8000 less at closing on a refinance. Changed the HUD statement after the 3 day right of recission was over - crossed through figures, no initials. Cost us bankrutpcy as well as lawsuits. They left us out of the Class Action lawsuit. Back in Court again - their judicial foreclosures have been denied 4 times by 4 different district judges. Force placed insurance a hundred times even though we have always had insurance - they get Washington Mutual to do their dirty work along with Quantum, Citigroup, Norwest. They file foreclosures under various names, if one does not work, they try the other. They deny every doing any loans - it just keeps going. I will continue to fight to the finish
