Insulted, demeaned, harassed, belittled, and called me a liar because he said my payment was late after I had mailed it 12 days ago

The rep called me at dinner time and asked where my October payment was. I told him that I had mailed it on 10/25/06. Today is 11/06/06. How in the world does it take this long to get there. I think they get the payment and leave itlying on someone's desk til its late so they can charge a late fee.

I told him that I had mailed it 12 days ago-he called me a liar. He told me I needed to take my medication. How dare him talk to me that way. I'm sick of these people. They scream at you and make you feel like trash.

I would love to be able to do something about this. It is not human to treat people this way.
