Repeated calls to my home on a paid bill ripoff

In September I started receiving phone calls from a 'private' number 720-974-0386. Their recording would leave message stating for a return phone call (no particular person was named that they were looking for) and a reference number. This phone message came in every day. I looked up the number online and saw it was True Logic. Wondering who they were and what they wanted, I called them.

This opened up a whole can of harassing worms! In August, they purchased a 'charge off' account and are harassing me to make payment on it. This account was paid in March to an attorney and I have the paid papers to prove it. I have repeatedly called True Logic and asked them to send me a letter or something about this account, only to be cut off when I am speaking (repeatedly) and hung up on! They are ALL so rude and nasty.

I have spoken to many people there, including Rachel and Eric. They apparently have CALLER ID because they know my name when I call. I have asked many times for a supervisor and been denied one. I refuse to send them copies of the paid papers unless I get something from them in writing asking for payment or information.

They contacted me, how do I truly know who they are? I am fed up to the point I am willling to change my phone number to unlisted or just shut it off. I am tired of repeated phone calls thruout the day, that sometimes start at 8am! I'm looking into filing charges with the FCC also.
