Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

True Logic Financial is repeatedly calling us at all hours of the day including late nite on a 13 year old account.

I have repeatedly ask them to send proof they own the account or are representing a company that owns the account and they have not done so.

I suspect an "Identity Theft" of sorts because of a previous experience with this account. It seems some companies are looking up our old credit reports and then trying to collect on accounts that have long since been dropped because of the statute of limitations. Any money they can collect is free money.

If True Logic Financial has a legitimate claim let them take it to small claims court and get a judgement.
