Lost titles to mobile home, trying to foreclose Ripoff

I bought a double wide mobile home in 1991 financed with Bank of America, who sold it to Greenpoint who sold it to Greentree. I am now in the middle of selling it, only to discover they have lost the titles. They tell me they can't file for a lost title, without giving me a reason as to why. We were supposed to close the sale on the 20th of Ocotober, but without the titles I cannot sell it. I am now 2 months behind in payments, because I am trying to make the house payment that I am living in also. They have given me 30 days to come up with the money, even though they know it could be paid off in full if they could produce the titles. I cannot believe they cannot work out something in order for this sale to go through. I will lose my credit rating, as well be libel to the people that are trying to buy the place as they have already done some remolding and bought the land it is sitting on. I am struggling to make ends meet now, and I don't have the extra house payments to send them. They call and harrass me at all times of the day and night and are even rude to my children! Help!!!
