Ripoff Fraudulent Billing

I recently received a notice from NCO pertaining to a bill for $97.60 to AOL. I have NEVER used AOL service! My credit card number was stolen last spring and the thief did purchase AOL services with my number. Obviously I had everthing resolved with my bank and received a new credit card. My fear is, if this is truly a collection company, will my credit be affected and are they really sending our information to the credit bureau for non payment? I tried calling the number given in the letter and no one ever answers or the mail box is full. I did call my banks fraud department and they are not aware of this companies false dealings.
