Ripoff Messed up taxes and would not refund money

Filed 2005 return in Feburary of 2006 as E-file, cost us $140.2 days later Agency calls to say we have to Ammend half of the return because someone else claimed my daughter. Sent in 1040X under the disgression of Agency. IRS says never recieved form. Called Agency to have it resent, My husband and I signed the 1040X along with co-owner of Agency. He made a copy of a copy and didnt attach EIC Form (I did not know anything about taxes) I sent 1040X certified, waited 12 weeks AGAIN.

IRS sends letter back with 1040X attached saying need original signatures and the EIC Form. Took taxes to Jackson Hewitt had them redone and sent them in (1040X along with an attached EIC Form) certified AGAIN! Sent 3 times all together.

Jackson Hewitt found some mistakes Delvechio Agency had made and fixed them. We have had nothing but trouble with this whole situation our financial burdons got bigger, because we were planning to use some of our return money to file bankruptcy that was almost a year ago in feburary. We were also goingo to use some of the money as a downpayment on a car bc mine got repossesed so we were stripped financially because of this whole ordeal.

No one is wanting to take responsibility for rushing through our taxes. We went to Delvechio Agency this afternoon finally someone would see us after blowing us off. She said they will not give us ANY money back that all we could get is a free filing for next year. Well I said I dont want it that we are going somewhere else and they just lost two customers.

I will tell everyone I know about them and what they did (one person in particular) I do not recommend them I want to turn them into the BBB. Do not go to delvechio agency for your tax return!!!
