Ripoff scam artist crooks St Louis MO &, St Louis Missouri

Tribute is a rip scam. I wish I had found this site before I got a credit card from them. I paid my bill on time over the phone and one day the operator told me I could just make my payments online as well. So I did, but they didn't tell me they charge $15 to do so! I didn't know about this charge along w other bogus charges and my bill inflated. Because of the extra charges my bill went into overthe limit so that added more to the balance. How can they charge me for over the limit charges when it was their own bogus charge for paying my bill online that put my over the limit??? The final straw was when I said ok let me pay these suckers off and I sent them a payment (they asked for $30 I sent $100) three weeks before my due date. Well I received a letter today saying there was a delay in my payment being processed so I will incur late fees. I am contacting my attorney general, and the media and anyone and everyone else. I refuse to let this rest. Anyone involved in a class action lawsuits w these clowns let me know.
