Ripoff

The representatives that I talk to on the phone inform me that they can not tell me when my last payment was received. They can not tell me the date of my last purchase. All they can tell me is that I owe them $650.00. This is crap. My balance for the past year has been $650.00 and I have paid on it for a year. Every time I call I tell the person I want a statement sent to me in the mail. This is after holding on the phone for an ungodly length of time. They inform me that they will make an entry that they have talked to me on the phone and that I am requesting a statement in the mail. Do you know how many times that I have been told this. Today when I called I asked to speak with the persons supervisor. I held for another 45 min and hung up.

I know that I do not owe $650.00. I was paying on line then my computer went on the fritz. I immediately called Capitol one and told them that I needed to have statements sent to my home address and oh yes this would not be a problem. Well it has been a problem. I have not received one statement in the mail to this date. Help. All I want to do is pay the card off and never use it again.
