I have an installment loan with this company since 2001. I ran into some medical problems and other problems which I was behind in my psyments.

National city told me that I can have an extention on my loan which would place the past payments in the rear of the loan. Well, I took advantage of the situation, and did this three times since they told me I could do this once a year.

Come to find out, I find out with four payments left on my account that I have to pay them a final bill of 10,000.00!!! Must now trade my car for a new one, since I will not be able to come up with that kind of cash at one time.

Not one time, did they tell me that the late fees and extended payments were to become due on the last payment. What is the definition of extention? To extend or make longer is what I thought. I will never deal with this bank as long as I live!!!
