Whew! Thanks consumer complaints!

I was just contacted by Startup Essentials just 5 minutes ago. The man (Dennis) who contacted me only muttered maybe 20 words before I told him about the reports here, and in 1 second flat his manager took over the phone call and proceeded to tell me about how this site was run by a criminal and that he is glad that I have the kind of personality that likes to enquire and make sure that I am dealing with the right kind of company.

He also told me that they are a member of the BBB. I then told him that I know because I saw the BBB reports, (there were 2 complaints that were eventually resolved according to BBB). Cut a long story short they still wanted to qualify me, and so I listened in, and after a short comversation I decided to inform him I'm a UK citizen, which I am. That was the end of that conversation, he pleasantly bid me thank you and goodbye. I am reading all the reports here and all I can say is I am grateful I am a UK citizen, WHEW!

As for all the others here who are still trying to get their money back. I know how you feel. I hope you get all your money back, somehow. I lost about $300 to Infinity Cards Services and to this date (6 months after the fact) I still haven't received my money back from them). Needless to say because my bank never helped me I changed bank and so that was $300 down the drain. (If anyone starts a class action against them - please contact me) Ever since my enlightning exerience with Infinite anyone who calls me has to be screened by a search on usacomplaints.com

Because the main reason as to why you get persuaded to apply or be qualified for some card or some service that offers to make you more money is because you want or need more money, so the last thing you need is to be ripped off or worse to be taken for every cent you have. I wonder how they all sleep at night, needless to say I will be sleeping like a baby tonight, safe in the knowledge my bank account won't have some thieving company stealing from it again!
