Ripoff

Rip-off does not even cover it. Shortly after my husband divorced me, and ripped me off. I was contacted by Startup Essentials, then transferred to a man named Nicholas Hughes, who told me he was Senior Business Analyst with National Business Adviors, who were partners with Startup Essentials.

I seemed like he kept me on the phone for two or three hours. I told him I was not emotionally or financially capable of starting any business. He finally wore me down and the next morning I received a laptop computer, which included their information to start a business.

As soon as I realized what I had done, I packed up everything they had sent me and took it to the UPS store. It cost me $23.00 just to send it back to them. I notified Startup Essentials that they would be receiving all of their inventory, and included the date.

I was then received a call from Startup Essentials, saying even though I had nothing of theirs, that the contract could not be cancelled. If they deduct their amount from my checking account, I don't even think there will be that much there.
If anyone can help me, I could sleep at night.
