Ripoff, flipoff without disclosing

It is amazing to know that I am not alone, there are too many issues to list. My inspection was on the same day the notary came to the house ready for me to sign documents the seller had not completed the state required repairs on the home.

Everyone involved in the process, (excluding myself) was in a rush to close. So much so that I have documents unsigned of which I was supposed to sign when a notary arrived.

Surprisingly, a notary did arrived at 9:30pm on Thursday she had set of loan docs that turned out to be diffrent than the ones I had, she wanted me to sign the documents and I did, as I was signing the amounts were wrong and I refused to continue signing, she said that I only had three days before the loan would be funded. I contacted my trusted Realtor he came over and agreed with me that the amounts were wrong. They said that they would correct the mistakes. After the notary left she told me "Congrats on to you on your new home".

How could this be? I ask myself. I signed documents with mistakes on them and the inspections are not completed. Three days later I received a fax from the con-broker, it was a application for my home which was to be completed in the first place. Go figure. Later I was told the home closed again four day after the application of the loan. A month later the Lender wrote a letter (unsiged) stating that a mistake was made on my doc's and they (lender) would make corrections. I have waited for these corrected documents. I contacted the lender certified mail they signed for the letter with my request sealed inside, but no response to my concerns. I received a letter from a company stating thatthey would no longer be servicing my loan.

Two flips later, (two more servicing co.) and many unanswered / unsigned letters and asking for help with local State and Federal Agencies. I'm in foreclosurer. Thanks to Google and Yahoo I will stop these criminals cold I will use the laws that they created against them. If you want to know want I found I may be able to help.
