Damaged Credit ripoff

I am in the process of purchasing a newer car. I was advised from the dealership of a collections on my credit report from RJM.

I have never heard of this company or been contacted by them via mail or telephone.

In my search on the internet for RJM, I don't find any pertinent information with exception the address via your website.

How if no on else can contact them can I get the negative information removed from all 3 credit reporting agencies.
