Aspire Visa ripoff - fradulent charges after paying off and closing account

I can't believe this has happened to other people. This is not a matter of reading the fine print. Unless, the fine print says, after you completley pay off your balance, and close your account will we continue to charge you for a fee we added, then we will charge you late fees every month that you have no idea about. We will not send you any mail to tell you you are being charged. We will not attempt to call you.
However, when you finally receive a notice 3 months later, that your account limit has been reduced (even though you have already closed the account), and you call us, our representatives will lie to you, supress their own laughter at your expense, and tell you that they tried to call you and that you clearly owe money. They will also tell you that they are not sure if there will be more charges even though you are paying the fraudelent amount to them. They will also not be able to prove that you owe money, or that they tried to contact you. They will also report you to the credit bureau.
I filed a complaint with the better business bureau but I do not know if that will do anything.
My credit was just becoming stellar. The negatives now added, fraudulently by aspire will be my first in 7 years. They are effectivley trying to put me back in the gutter, I believe, because they would be to gain since they command the market for people with bad credit. We are their target consumer. We are people with few choices, and people who always pay.
I truly hope something is done about this rouge company. How can this be happening in america? I have never, in my life filed a complaint. I always suck up my losses and move on. This is the first time, ever I have said... No. This is WRONG, and all you others here - PROVE IT.
Down with Aspire Visa, and all their affiliates/other names they go by to confuse everyone.
