In 2005 i got call from capital finencial saying that i've been approved for a credit card, with $200 down. So i gave them my bank acount so i could get the card. I also was promised my $200 back in vouchers. When i got the pakige with catalog i realize that i made mistake. I called them trying to refound my money, instead a very rude man taled me that there is nothing he can do, i also asked to conect me with supervisor or somebody in charge, but he just wouldn't do anything then tring to convince me to wright to some address for a refound. It has been almost a year and there is nothing i can do about it. All i can do is report them so nobody else will be a vigtim of capital finencial.
