Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I was contacted by phone about 3 HOURS ago by capital financial. They told me that i qualified for a credit card with a $2000 limit, and all they needed was a valid checking account number.

I gave them all of my information, and never in this conversation was I told that they were going to take money out of my checking account. Later on in the month I found out from my bank that they had pulled 200 dollars from my account, so i called them. The guy that answered the phone was very rude, and he wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor, and he was making fun of me and swearing at me.

So i hung up on him and went to my bank and told them and they credited back my account and they are going after those *&*&*. I hope this helps keep someone else from getting ripped off by them. Also keep in mind that when you hear the recording that goes faster then you know what at the end it say that this is for a capital one credit card which is not true is a scam for a catalog to buy from
