Ripoff

I was contacted around May 4th or 5th by Capital Financial of Largo, Fl. They told me that they could help me restore my credit. I thought I was getting a regular mastercard or visa card. They didn't tell me it was a merchant card and that I could only use it in their catalog or on internet orders. I only learned this when I got the letter on May 16th. I called them as soon as I read the letter, and they gave me another address that I had to write to try to get my money back.
