Dishonest loan people, no help for the simple folks ripoff

I have been trying to get help with my interest, but they don't seem to care. The representative for their company told me my rate was a certain amout and it has not been. The day we signed our papers with the dishonest mobile home dealers, the rep. Was in a hurry to me someone he had met a bar. They backdated my papers, it says we appeared before a notary{which we did not}, and they also put in a septic tank knowing the state required it to be a treatment system.

The way he explained our interest rate is nothing what he had sad. I know you are supposed to read everything, but when you have 30 pages of mumbo jumbo how do the expect us to read every single word and to understand them.

This is where the mobile home dealers and lenders get you. I paid 62,500.00 for my home and land and if I live long enough to pay for it, it will have cost me over $200,000.00. Talk about sticking it to people who just want to do the AMERICAN thing and be home owners. Is that a joke our what?

In closing, just be careful at what and who you sign with. I do not suggest it to be with Option One Mortgage Corp. It is clear that they do not care how their employees conduct themselves, only that they get us to sign on the dotted line.
