Predatory lending! Fraudulant company

My husband and I are homeowners in Oakland, CA. We have resided here for 11 years. 2 Years ago Option One Mortgage Bought our loan from Union Street Mortgage. Currently my husband and I are in pro per in Superior Court in a suit against OOMC for Quiet Title to real property, Cancellation of adhesion contract (forebearance agreement), Violations of the Truth In Lending Act, Fraud & forgery... To name a few.

Option One has been overcharging us 1,300.00 amonth on a forebearance agreement which my husband and I were forced into or we were told we'd lose our home. They have forged interest rate documents that we never signed and now our interest rate is more than 11% We now can barely afoord to keep our home & pay our bills. With three children one of which has cerebral palsy & cannot walk. They have violated my family for over 2 years & I beleive they will not stop until we are on the street. Please help us! Can you tell us if there is a class action lawsuit against Option Onbe Mortgage??? I beleive like so many others that they need to pay for their actions. Thank you Ondria in Oakland, CA
