Group ripoff

Hello, I have been scammed by First Capital Consumer, they are located in Toronto, Canada. I can not seem to find a address for them but I have there number, inwhich takes about 20 calls before I actually get through to
someone.

I was offered a $2000 MasterCard from this company. They deducted 199.00 from my account on April 2nd and I have yet to see any card. I was told by Phil Reed of First Capital Consumer, that I would recieve my
card in 10-14 days.

Today is May 25th and I have not yet received a
card from this company. What can I do? I have called them on several occasions asking for a full refund of the 199.00 and they stated they can not do that, it is out of our hands now.

I have been ripped off, and I'm sick and tired of it. When I called and asked for a refund on one occasion
they stated they are gonna have to pull a tape of the recording of me aggreeing or not, determining whether I will get a refund or not. The way I feel about this is, it d!

Oesnt matter wether I agreed or not, I still should be entitled for a refund. I can change my mind if I want. Please help me get my well earned money back, As I have to support My wife and son on one income.

What Can I do.? I lived up to my agreements with this company, and they are not living up to theres. I have received nothing from them. I sacrificed some bills
thinking i was going to get my card and it never happended as of yet.
