Attempted rip off "Thank you" Ontario

On June 5 this company contacted me and said I had been approved for a Mastercard with a credit limit of 2,500. They said I had to pay a one-time fee of $199 which would be deducted from my checking account. I reluctantly gave them my checking account information. On June 6 I starting wondering if this offer was real. I decided to try and find out if they had a web site. I found this web site and was very suprised to see thier name and reports on them. Thanks to this web site and other information I obtained, I was able to close my checking account and avoid becoming another victim. SandraDanville, Illinois
