Ripoff 199.99 taken from checking account MasterCard ripoff deceptive company

On March 12 199.99 was debited from my checking account by First Capital Consumers Group for fees regarding a MasterCard credit card. I was told ten days after the account was debited I would be recieving my card.

I nevered recieved a card and I called athem over twenty times. I spoke with a real person twice who refuse to let me speak to a supervisior, the other times was an answering machine instructing me to leave my name, number and a brief message. I nvered recieved a return call.

I was surfing the net and thats how I came across this site. I would appreciate any assistance to help me to recovery the money I have loss. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
