1st Capital Consumers Group ripoff Royaly & Totally Screws consumers

In June applied for a mastercard thru 1st Capital Consumers. 1st they were to take 219.00 from my checking. Never took it til July 15th and from then on has been nothing but a headache. After many calls to them never got my card or anything else. About 2 weeks ago I finally got the paperwork and told them to cancel the whole thing. Nothing was as was stated on the phone.

I specifically asked many times during conversation how it works and was told it was an unsecured credit card with a limit of 2,000 or 2,500 (forgot the amount). What they stated and what came is a pure case of fraud. Who would be foolish to sign a paper with no terms or conditions, allowing them to have access to my checking account.

I was unable to reach the customres service dept. Tel #of 416 488 4664 but did have another number of which some fella did help me some. He said he would put in for a refund and have someone call me to get the information. It never came. Now I cannot get thru to anyone or get anyone to call me back. If it helps anyone the number I did get thru to is 416 282 7105. It is now Sept 11 and no word from them and cant reach anyone. They still have my $219.00 and I have no card.
