This company charges excessive and unnecessary charges. They charged me 30.00 because they said that I spoke to the automated payment system twice. You only can talk one time per billing period for free after that it is 1.50. Well after that they chrged me 30.00 because they said the 1.50 put me over the limit. They would not refund.
