Ripoff, dishonest, fraudulent business practices, harrassment

This company (if you can call it that) now has sent me a letter stating that they will start procedings to have a judgement against me. I called and spoke with a Louis Cucinota who tried to soft soap me and offered to lower the amount I had to pay.

He then informed me that they (Northern Leasing) were a 500 Billion Dollar Company (intimating that I could not fight them and would have to give in) stating that if I did not pay, I would incur 9% interest rate. I refused since I do not owe them any further monies.

I also took the step to contact Chittur and Associates to counter sue these thugs.

Furthermore, I am contacting the New York Attorney General's office and the BBB of New York.

I encourage all to do the same. If we band together, hopefully we can stop them.
