J.K. HARRIS ripoff dishonest fraudulent prey on vulnerable people!

I used J.K. Harris because I saw them on tv. I thought of the trouble I had with a company called, Northern Leasing, in New York (See Northern Leasing on this website) and I thought these folks could help me.

I made an appointment with a young girl as I thought she could help me. I told her about my debaucle (unfair judgement) with Northern leasing of New York and she said they could help.

I paid her $190.00 and gave her a post dated check for a month later in the same amount. She told me that J. K Harris could help me to straighten it all out.
They were going to take $70.00 a month for 10 months (with no interest)..."Yipee I was going to get Northern Leasing off my back".. They were dishonest anyway... And it was about time.

J.K. Harris was going to send my credit report to me with the Northern Leasing info on it. I waited a month and got nothing! I got a call from someone saying that they couldnt help me... That it was a judgement. So, I said ok... Send me back my money and cancel it if you can't help me. No money was returned and they told me that I should have cancelled in the first 3 days. I lost almost $500.00. They also took the first $70.00 @ month... That became $73.00.

They never returned my calls, and when I finally got a live voice, the man was really nasty and rude.
So, I got kicked in the teeth twice! Any class action suits in Massachusetts? Let me know I'm tired of getting the shaft. I'm 58 and too old for all of this! Hingham, Ma.
