NCO Financial Systems
Filed charge that had already been PAID

I received a letter that NCO was collecting my final payment to AOL, saying that I had not paid it ($18.85) Checking back threw my check book I saw that I did pay it, of course.

I called NCO... I had to call 3 times to get to talk to anyone. I kept getting disconnected. First the gentleman that I talked to could hardly speak English. Very hard to understand. I told him I was disputing their claim. I didn't even have to give him my name, he automaticly knew who I was. Must of been caller ID.

He said he would transfer me to someone who handles this. Got disconnected! Called back again... Phone gave me a ear-piercing sound with every other ring, then finally disconnected.

I decided to look them up on the WEB and found this site. I am so glad I did. And so the Paper Trail begins against them. Not a lot of money here, but it is the idea they are trying to Rip Me Off!
