Predatory Ripoff

My mortgage was transferred from Option One to ASC. It has been nothing BUT trouble. My payment is made from a check I receive approximately on the 12th of the month. As many of you know, they do not have a website to make payments, however they will gladly take your payment on the phone for a nominal fee of $20.00. (What a rip!) I was notified in May that a donor kidney had been found for me, I promptly notified ASC that to cover costs I would miss making a payment. The rep seemed helpful. Sent a form for me to complete and return. I did.in June, I began to receive calls 4 to 5 times a day. I called again. Advised I had notified them of my situation. The rep sent the same form again. I completed and returned again. They continued to call daily 4 to 5 times a day. July comes. I call again and ask what happened to the person resolving my case. This rep said your case will be resolved in 30-45 days. Do not send any money. Wait until we send you a letter with our resolution. I said in another 30-45 days, my home will be in foreclosure. She said that is possible and most likely. How is that helpful? I called again and stated per their letter, they would add my missed payment to the end of my loan. Nope, not possible. I have sent in payments and now find they are reporting me 90 days late even though payments are made before the 16th. My original loan documents show my request for life and disability insurance. They have on record of that. I have sent documents to the National Consumer Rescue Fund. There has to be help out there somewhere.
