Ripoff Takes Advantage of People By Fraudulently Drafting $159.95 From Banking Accounts

I found myself in a desperate situation. So, I searched for a payday advance site. After being turned down for a loan, I was spammed with credit card offers. I filled in the information for an application. After I clicked "submit" or maybe it was "confirm", a paragraph appeared on the page notifying me that money would be drafted from my account. Also, I could only use the credit card to purchase items in this company's inventory. I could not, for example, use it to purchase an airline ticket. I looked for any phone numbers to cancel this card. No such luck. It wasn't until today that I found out about $159.95 being drafted from my account yesterday. This company tried to draft the money over a month ago, but there wasn't enough moeny to cover the draft. So, I have at least one NSF as a result of their immoral business practices. The check that I used to pay for my son's daycare might bounce. Then, I'll have more NSF's!

If you never listened before, please listen now. When you are a desperate person, you do desperate things. Companies such as these (loan sharks, credit card, etc) count on you to do something that your gut is telling not to do. I've learned my lesson. Never give out bank info & never give out your social security number. Check a company out with the BBB. Never do a payday advance. They charge unrealistic interest rates & repeatedly attempt to draft money from your account (it happened to me 4/5 times in one week). I wound up with over $100 in NSF's in one week alone all because I felt that I needed the money right away. If you find yourself in a desperate situation, don't make it worse. Contact United Way, a local church, Salvation Army, organizations for domestic abuse, etc. Protect your money and your private information! You have been warned. I am leaving from work one hour early so that I can go to my bank and file for an investigation to be done. I appreciate all of the helpful tips given on this site. Also, my bank was actually very helpful and told me almost everything that this site did. I hope that they do right by me in the end. ~g.S.
