Ripoff

After being a loyal customer for years; and at the end of my debt management course. This company withdrew my last payment and:
1."Lost" a portion of my money which I'm still trying to retain.

2. Overpaid on accounts which were just paid off the month prior, and

3. Oddly did NOT pay on accounts which still had a balance and so I was stuck with a late fee.

These errors were confirmed with my creditors 5 days after these transfers were supposed to have taken place.

When I contacted The Credit Network via email (because in my experience in the past, wait times can be roughly 20 minutes during the day). I was sent a Spammed response which did not address my specific issues.

I am still waiting to, at least, regain a portion of my money which was supposed to have been "Credited" back to me, but I have not seen.

Furthermore, if I may add, when I have tried to calculate how much this service has "saved me" with a lower interest rate, the difference is minimal compared to the high membership "fee" they charge.in other words, I'm not sure if this service really did save me any money.

In addition, they DID show up on my credit report when I bought a house last year, which I was "told" would not happen.
