Forcloseing on farm by ripping us off

We got our loan from our local bank and they sold it to Ohio Bank who then sold it to Homecomings Financial. It is in our contract the taxes and insurnace are to be paid out of our monthly payments. They have decided however to get their own insurnace and use our monthly paymnet to pay for it and then tell us we owe this months rent. We have tried to explain this isnt right but they dont care.

They also recieve our check before the due date but dont electronically cash it until after the due date then claim we were late and owe a late charge. They now say we owe tons of money and are forclseing on our farm in one week and we never did anything wrong to cause this. Even after explaining this to them, they tell us to bad pay us or it goes for sale on Sept. 19th.
